“Come on in, the water’s wet” is a film created in response to the analysis of the form and function of the necklace – focusing on the characteristics of each of the separate components of the product, and looking at how they interact in sequence with one another. This piece therefore exists as a reflective cinematic work, mirroring the thoughts on the necklace but shifting them to an abstracted world where they exist through symbolism both in prop and set but also through gesture.
